TRADA conducts in-situ timber strength assessments using bespoke visual strength grading with engineering support where enhanced timber strength values are required. The firm's timber surveys are undertaken using non-destructive techniques.

Partnerships allow TRADA to examine the condition of the full range of building materials. Where practicable the firm recommends drying down wood to control fungal decay. However where remedial treatment or timber repairs are required, TRADA can assist with preparing appropriate specifications, source repair specialists and oversee works.
