PROFESSIONAL BODY
The Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland is the regulatory and support body for architects in Ireland. Support services are also provided for architectural technicians.
The RIAI administers a conservation accreditation scheme. There are three grades of accreditation, from Grade I (the highest) to Grade III (entry level). Conservation architects or practices accredited at Grades I and II have been assessed by an expert accreditation board.
