Richard Coles Builders is a chartered building company based in Surrey, working principally for private clients.
Being a passionate advocate of a better and greener built environment, the company gained PassivHaus Consultant qualifications in early 2022 to design and build energy efficient buildings to PassivHaus standards. Since then it has introduced elements of a low carbon, low energy build such as airtightness, cold bridging, insulation, form and fenestration and MVHR implementation into all our newbuilds and deep retrofit projects.
More thermally efficient buildings with a lower environmental impact means buildings are less draughty and more comfortable to live in with much lower energy cost, cleaner and fresher air. |
