This training day is all about cob buildings. If you want to better understand how to survey a cob building, whether Listed or not, then this is for you. This house is Listed at Grade II*, despite its otherwise unassuming appearance from the street. There is some known history and it is believed to have origins back to the rebuilding of Honiton in the mid-1600’s, or thereabouts. |
