HORTICULTURE AND BOTANICAL ORGANISATION
A society for head gardeners, garden managers and those engaged in horticulture, employed within private gardens (and establishments run in a similar way). It maintains close links with other related organisations.
The society aims to promote: professional contact, communication and co-operation between gardeners; better maintenance and management of gardens and designed landscapes; exchange of ideas and information on all aspects of professional gardening; training; and gardening as a profession.
