This guided walk will take in a selection of public statues and monuments in London’s West End. Starting at the Wellington Arch, this tour explores the often unnoticed public statues and monuments of the West End, learning about their creators and the people or events that they remember. It ends with a drink at Whitehall (pub to be confirmed). Dr Steven Brindle is a historian at English Heritage. |
