O’Brien’s has been involved with the restoration and conservation of historic buildings for over 35 years.


The company restore and recreate all periods of plasterwork, from internal and external lime renders to lath work and cornice repairs and replacement.


It uses traditional mixes and methods of application to ensure the work emulates each building’s period and character, and has been involved with many varied projects including Oxford University’s 13th-century New College to St Catherine’s, a 1960s Grade I listed building.
