Conservation is an exciting part of PCA’s work, which is led by its specialist Conservation Accredited Engineer (CARE), Paul Carpenter. The practice enjoys the satisfying challenge of saving a building from decay by adopting a philosophy of minimum structural intervention, as well as often successfully finding a new use for a once redundant structure.
PCPCA works with several conservation bodies including the National Trust, English Heritage, Historic England, The Landmark Trust and various church dioceses.
