The Brooking Collection is a uniquely comprehensive collection of architectural details from the last five centuries, including windows, doors, fanlights, staircase sections, boot-scrapers, rainwater heads and an unrivalled collection of wooden mouldings.
The Collection exists to promote historically accurate building restoration by providing original features for public reference. Details of 7,000 items are held on a computerised catalogue.
Access is by appointment, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, and evening/weekend visits can usually be arranged on request. |
