by Philip Hughes (RICS accredited in building conservation), the practice
employs architects and surveyors working on a wide range of building
types throughout the South West. Work involves analysis, conservation
repair and improvement including adaptation and new design while
respecting historic setting and fabric. Philip Hughes Associates (PHA)
