HERITAGE CONSULTANTS

: Historic buildings are an important part of

our cultural and built heritage. They do, however, need repairing and

maintaining. Maybank Buildings Conservation surveyors can assist

owners and users of listed properties as they attempt to understand,

maintain and reuse these buildings.

If you own or manage a listed building you will probably be acutely

aware of the requirement to obtain consent for most internal and

external alterations and a great many repairs to your building.

Because your building is listed it does not necessarily mean that

you cannot make changes but any alterations should be sensitive

to its historic character.

We offer an in depth service to research, design and prepare applications

for the appropriate Certificates of Lawfulness of Proposed Works,

Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013, Heritage Statement,

Statement of Significance, Heritage Partnership Agreement and

Listed Building Consent Order.
